How to contact iTunes Support

Sometimes, problems with making purchases from the iTunes Store are so tricky or weird that you can’t follow the standard report a problem process for getting iTunes support.

These cases arise most often when the thing you’re trying to buy or download from iTunes doesn’t show up in the Recent Purchases page of your iTunes account.

Since iTunes support requests are launched from that page, what do you do when the thing you’re having a problem with isn’t listed there?

Visit http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/store/

This page lists the most common iTunes Store problems and how to fix them, offers messageboards where users help each other, and gives you a way to directly email the iTunes customer support team.

Browse this site to find the topic that describes the problem you’re having. If the articles about the problem don’t help, scroll to the bottom of the page. You’ll see an envelope icon and a “Contact Us” button. Click that button to send an email to iTunes support explaining your problem and they’ll help you out.
