Once that's done, go to the main iTunes Store screen and click on the iTunes Plus button.
This page shows you two things: all the music that is available through iTunes Plus and a chance to upgrade your music.
In the top right corner of the window, you'll see a listing of how many songs and albums you own that qualify for upgrades to iTunes Plus and how much it will cost. Click the button to see details.
