Tansee iPod Transfer Review

I'm giving Tansee iPod Transfer no rating, as I couldn't test it. That's becase the iPod Transfer product only works with iPods; to transfer an iPhone or iPod touch, you need a different product. I don't have an iPod that's compatible with the program.

As noted, I'm not giving Tansee iPod Transfer a star rating because I wasn't able to fully test the program. The reason for that, though, would give me pause about buying it.

Tansee sells quite a range of transfer software, including:

• iPod Transfer
• iPhone Transfer
• iPhone Transfer Photo
• iPhone Transfer SMS
• iPhone Transfer Contact
• iPad Transfer.

Each of these programs costs US$19.95, and performs just one function, which means that if you have an iPhone that you want to copy music, photos, SMS messages, and contacts off of, you'll need to spend nearly $80. And if you've got an iPad, too, add another $19.95 onto that.

Given that there are a number of programs that offer all of these features in a single, integrated package for far, far less than $80 (TouchCopy and iPodCopy, for instance), I can't see how Tansee iPod Transfer is a good option for users.
