Question: iPhone Battery Icon Isn’t Changing
I think I’ve got an iPhone battery issue — my battery doesn’t seem to be charging. I’ve had the phone docked for quite a while, but the iPhone battery icon on the phone’s screen isn’t changing. What’s wrong?
Answer: This happens to the iPhone battery meter sometimes when the battery has run down close to zero. In this case, leave your iPhone docked for 15 or 20 minutes – long enough to get some charge into it – and then restart the phone. After the restart, dock the iPhone again – the battery meter should start displaying the new charge again.
