Checking for iPhone Ringtones from Purchased List

ITunes will now show you what songs in your Purchased list can be turned into a ringtone. This is denoted by a bell icon in the Ringtones column. Once you know what songs can be turned into ringtones, you can create and buy a ringtone using iTunes’ built-in ringtone editor.
