Next, you'll be asked whether you'd like to enable Location Services. These are the features of the iPhone that use GPS to determine your location. Apps that use Location Services include Maps, Weather, and those that find restaurants, offer social networking, and more.
I recommend enabling Location Services, but it's not required. Once you make your choice, tap the Next button to continue.
After that, you'll be able to connect your iPhone to a Wi-Fi network. Your iPhone will display all the Wi-Fi networks in range. Tap on the one you want to connect to and, if necessary, enter the password. Tap next to continue.
If there's no Wi-Fi network for you to connect to, you may need to connect your iPhone to your computer to continue. Follow the on-screen instructions about either Wi-Fi or connecting to your computer.
