Using an iPod like a PDA: Synching Address Books and Calendars

Choose Synching Options

On that screen, you’ll see a list of all the address books and calendars available to sync with your iPod.

First check the box to select that you want to sync either the Address Book or Calendar or both with your iPod. Then choose to either sync “all” or the sub-groups you want.

Then click the “apply” button at the bottom of the window.
