The DLO Twister iPod nano case is like two cases in one thanks to its styling.
At first blush, the case is a fairly standard black leather iPod nano case with a flap on the front. When you open the flap, though, the case is revealed to have a Burberry-type plaid design. That design can be featured, too, because the flap is reversible. By simple swiveling the flap on its post, the flap can be changed from black leather to the Burberry design.
This duality of design makes the case great for both work and play and can help it match many different sets of clothes.
Beyond that, the DLO Twister iPod nano case is much like other nano cases.
You slip the iPod into place and cover the iPod’s face with a flap. The flap is secured to the case using a magnet. The case protects the iPod’s screen with a clear plastic window, but doesn’t protect the Clickwheel. Screen protection is important and Clickwheel protection would be nice. Even though the flap protects the iPod, not having all elements covered worries me a bit.
The case also has an opening for the headphone jack, but the iPod has to be removed from the case to access the dock connector.
Despite its lack of Clickwheel protection, the DLO Twister iPod nano case is a slick, small, stylish iPod case that can adapt to different styles and is slim enough to slip into a pocket or small bag.
