When you click on one of the buy buttons, the iTunes Store will work based on your checkout settings. If you are set for a shopping cart checkout, the song or album will be added to your shopping cart.
If so, a shopping cart icon will pop up in the far left menu in iTunes. If you click on that, you will be shown the contents on your shopping cart and will be able to remove or confirm items before buying.
Clicking the “Buy Now” button will purchase the songs. Remove songs by clicking the “X” icon at the far right.
