And you're done! If you chose Move to Trash, iTunes no longer has a listing for the song or album and has moved the files to the trash, where they'll be deleted. If you chose Keep File, the song has been removed from iTunes but not your hard drive.
Either way, the selected files will be removed from your iPod/iPhone the next time you sync it.
