Best Recipe App Finalists

The 2013 Readers' Choice Awards on About.com

It might seem counterintuitive (or dangerous!) to bring your iPhone or iPod into the kitchen, but when you've got a recipe app on your device, it makes a lot of sense. Vote here for the recipe app that has helped you most in the kitchen.

BigOven
Price: Free
You will literally never be able to try every recipe included in the BigOven app. With over 250,000 recipes, this app will always offer brand new recipes and interesting twists on classics. Beyond just recipes, though, BigOven offers a grocery list tool that helps you make sure that, when you're at the supermarket, you'll get everything you need for your meals. There's also a meal planner feature to help you decide what you're going to eat today, this week, and this month.
