Every Tuesday, we'll be spotlighting an interesting iPhone app in the App Focus series. These apps are ones that strike us as interesting or newsworthy in some way. We'll review the app and give you a chance to review it, too.
At first blush, getting more seems like it's better. But scratch the surface a bit and it's easy to see that it's not. More isn't better; better is better. iCandy Shelves & Skins falls prey to the idea that more is better and is diminished by its developers not making hard choices about what to exclude from their app. As a result, the app has an overwhelming number of options, and is too slow, to make it rewarding to use.
