You can get just that through the end of February at Best Buy, if you belong to the retailer's Reward Zone program. The deal is only eligible for members of program as of Feb. 21, but if you're one of the lucky few, make your move this week to get an 8GB iPhone 3G for $99 or a 16GB for $199. All other standard iPhone terms (like the two-year contract) apply
