iEphemera: Pre-Keynote Notes
Today's biggest news is, of course, Steve Jobs' keynote at Macworld and whatever new products and services he announces there. When the announcements are made, you can be sure that I'll have the news for you here. To tide you over until the keynote kicks off at 10 Pacific/1 Eastern, here are a couple of news bites:
- Canadians have dodged an additional tax on iPods that would have added up to $75 in cost to cover copyright holder for potential piracy.
- China Mobile says it has ended negotiations with Apple about bringing the iPhone to the country. China Mobile is China's largest wireless phone carrier.
