One reason that some people continue to buy CDs and rip them to MP3, rather than just buying downloads, is that they like getting all the packaging that comes with a CD - photos, cover art, lyrics, etc. The lack of that material in digital downloads has always been a little frustrating to me. But, that may change this year. Reuters has an article speculating on potential changes to digital download album art - including better booklets (maybe even with video), lyrics, and more.
Also on the iTunes front, Radiohead's new In Rainbows album is now available on iTunes as a DRM-free iTunes Plus offering.
