iPhone Software Update Does Indeed Brick iPhone

As expected - and as Apple warned - Gizmodo reports that the iPhone Firmware Update 1.1.1, released yesterday, does indeed foul up unlocked iPhones and those with third-party apps installed on them. Well, Apple did warn us.

Apple has also released update 1.1.1 for the iPod touch and iTunes 7.4.3 for Windows, to fix some bugs.
