Learn a Foreign Language on Your iPod

All of us have at least one foreign language we'd like to learn (Me? I'd like to be able to read, and maybe even speak, Japanese, on the modern side of things. And I'd love to resurrect my Latin and ancient Greek skills) and, if you're at this site, you're probably got an iPod, too.
