Watch out New Yorkers - state senator Carl Kruger wants to make it a crime to cross the street while listening to an iPod! Citing three iPod-toting pedestrians killed in his Brooklyn district by cars, he wants to put a $100 fine on folks crossing their street while rocking out. Hunh.
